Return Policy

At PooBerry Candles we make every effort to make sure you receive the highest quality candles available.  We choose only the best waxes and fragrances.  Because all of our candles are hand poured and created they each have their own inherent uniqueness.  Candles can not be returned unless deemed defective. 

In that case you may return the candle within 7 days if it has not been lit.  Please contact us immediately by using our contact page.  We will refund only the price of the candle.  Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

Shipping

1. Standard shipping is UPS ground, 5-7 business days.  Overnight and 2nd air options are also available.
2. We make every effort to ship out your candle within four business days of your order.

• We accept credit card payment through PayPal.

Privacy Policy

We do not share any information collected from our customers during the ordering process with any third parties.  We respect your privacy and want you as a return customer.
